Question-style page without FAQ schema

Pages whose H1 is a question (how, what, why…) without FAQPage, QAPage or HowTo structured data. The markup states which text is the question and which is the answer — exactly the shape assistants reuse.

Where it usually comes from

FAQ and how-to pages written in the editor without the matching markup, since it is invisible on the page.

How to fix it

  • Add a FAQPage (or HowTo, for steps) JSON-LD block matching the questions and answers visible on the page.
  • Use the exact wording that is on the page; markup describing text the visitor cannot see is treated as spam.
  • Test the page in the Rich Results Test after adding it.

How to check it yourself

Run the page through the Rich Results Test and look for an FAQ or HowTo item.

What it looks like in a report

Notice The page answers a question, but does not declare FAQPage or HowTo. · evidence: "How to choose a winter boot"

A guide written as questions and answers, without the markup that says so. (An example shop; the numbers are illustrative.)

How the audit counts it

AI-003 is a notice in the AI readiness category, and weighs moderately in that category’s score. When it appears on many pages built from the same template, the report shows it once, with the number of pages it covers — because one change in the template fixes all of them.

If the finding is deliberate on your site, it can be accepted as intentional in the report. It then leaves the list and the score, and comes back on its own if what it shows changes.
