• The address of the site the question is about.
• What you expected and what you saw: a finding you think is wrong, a page that failed to load, a number that does not add up.
• The email your account uses, if you have one. We never ask for your password.

How to add it to Claude or another assistant, and what each of its tools does, is on the connector page. It only reads. To end an assistant’s access to your account, open Settings in Trakis and disconnect it under Connected apps; access ends there for every device that assistant used.

To delete your account and everything in it, follow the deletion page. What we keep and why is in the privacy policy. A question about your data goes to the same address as everything else.

The TrakisBot page says what it fetches, from which address, and the two lines of robots.txt that stop it. To ask us directly, write to bot@trakis.io.
