Pages that repeat each other’s text
Pages whose own text — menu, header, footer and sidebar left out — is the same or nearly so as another page’s. Search engines show one of the copies and leave the others out, and not always the one you would choose.

Where it usually comes from
Product variants as separate pages, the same article under two addresses, print or filter versions, or pages built from one block of text.
How to fix it
- Keep one page for the text and point the others at it with a canonical, or redirect them with a 301.
- Where the pages really are different, write what makes each one different.
How to check it yourself
Paste a sentence from the page into a search for site:yourdomain.com — more than one result with the same text is the sign.
What it looks like in a report
Warning The text of this page is the same, or nearly, as on /boots/black-leather-38 and 6 other pages. · /boots/black-leather-39
Each size is its own page with the same description; one page with a size selector, or canonicals to it, settles it. (An example shop; the numbers are illustrative.)
How the audit counts it
CONTENT-008 is a warning in the content category, and weighs moderately in that category’s score. It is a fact about the site as a whole, so it is reported once, not once per page.
If the finding is deliberate on your site, it can be accepted as intentional in the report. It then leaves the list and the score, and comes back on its own if what it shows changes.

Find it on your site
A Trakis audit runs this check and the other 65 on your site, and tells you on how many pages each one sits. Or go back to all the rules.
